The Scan n Go app will not pick up any unusual bar-codes.
The bar-codes that are:
* damaged
* sale bar-codes (reduced price bar-codes)
Note: if you can remove the reduced price bar-code, you can scan the original bar-code, that may be underneath.
* some foreign bar-codes where the bar-code is too long or short.
* Some clothing/ hardware bar-codes
* Glossy bar-codes, such as frozen food. You will need to wipe any water residue from it.
If you can not scan those items, please leave them out and move on to scanning other items.

Please make sure that your camera is clean on your device
You need to be in a well-lit area for your scanning device to pick up the bar-codes.
