How do I add new household members?

You can add your household member via our web-page::

1. Go to https://portal.iriworldwide.com.au/Shopperpanel/Login.aspx

2: Login using your login details. You can recover your login details using “Forgot password?” link on the login page. Learn how here: How do I reset my password?

3.  Go to My Profile section



4. Scroll to the bottom where it says Other people in the household. Click on Add a new person, to add new household member/s.

5.  Please make sure you have all other required information completed such as household income.
