How do I change my password?

Forgot your password to login into our website or Scan n GO app?  You can reset it by following this guide.

Once you login, you can change your password via my profile section by following below directions.

1. Use your username and password to login into the website. Below is the link to the Shopper Panel website: https://portal.iriworldwide.com.au/Shopperpanel/Login.aspx 

2. Navigate to "My Profile" Section.

3. Enter your new password and click "change password" button. You will Get "Your password has been changed" message. Use the new password to login into our website and the Scan n GO app.
