When you login to the Shopper Panel website and click on the "My Profile". You can update to your contact, email address, home address and so on.
Save button issue - if you are updating the profile on your phone. Please consider updating your profile on a browser on your computer, laptop or tablet.
If you have an issue with details not saving. Please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure all question are fill in.
2. Questions with the asterisk must be answered. See below:
3. If you do not answer the question with the Asterisks or an answer is missing. Your detail will not save and missing information box will highlight in blue. Please below:
If the box does not highlight, please go back and check that all question has been answered.
4. click on “Save details”
