Forgot your password to login into our website or Scan n GO app? No worries, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.iriworldwide.com.au/Shopperpanel/Login.aspx and click "forgot password" link under password field
2. Enter the email address (your username) you use for your IRI Shopper Panel account and click submit.
3. If the email address you entered corresponds with what we have in the system you will get the following message with your new password will be sent to you via email.
4. If you do not receive the email in your inbox. Please check your junk inbox as it may be sent there. If you can not find the email.
For security reasons, we recommend changing your password once you reset it, follow this guide on how to change your password.
