What is a Flexi eGift Card?

A Flexi eGift Card is an electronic gift card that allows you to redeem it at select stores! In the past, if you were given a gift card for a particular shop but didn't want to buy anything from that shop, you were stuck. But now with a Flexi eGift Card, you get to choose which shop you spend your gift.

How long does it take for my Flexi eGift card to arrive?

Flexi eGift card is not instant. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery to your email address. If you do not see the eGift card in your inbox, please check your spam/ junk inbox. Sometimes the eGift card gets sent there.

How do I receive my Flexi eGift card?

You will receive your Flexi eGift card via email. This will be the email address that is linked to your IRI Shopper Panel profile.

Do Flexi eGift Cards expire?

Each eGift is valid for 5 years after the delivery date. When you select a participating merchant's eGift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of the eGift Card may change.

Can I cancel it once I receive the card?

Unfortunately, once you receive the Flexi eGift card, you will not be able to cancel it or swap it for a different card.
