How do I redeem my points?

• All gifts can be viewed and redeemed through our Shopper Panel website (you will need your login details)

Once an order has been completed, you are unable to cancel or change your order.

1.  Go to the Shopper Panel website and login using your username and password. Below is the Shopper Panel link:

2. Select the "Gift shop" tab.
   
   
   
    
3. Click the section for the Gift you would like to order
   
   
    

4.  Select "Add to Cart" on the Gift you would like to order. In this example: We will be redeeming Flexi eGift cards

5. You will be directed to your Cart. You can either select "Continue shopping", change the Qty (if you change the Qty, please select update Cart). 
   Select "Checkout" 
   
   
   
    
6. Once selected Checkout. You will need to check the Shipping Address are correct. Select "Continue the selected address/ Continue".
   
    
7. Once selected. You will receive a summary of your order.
   
    
8. Select "Confirm" Once an order has been completed, you are unable to cancel or change your order.
   
    
9. Once Selected. You will receive the redemption number. That is your order number. Select "Continue"
   
   
   
    
10. You will be redirected back the gift shop page and you will get a confirmation email of your order.

Please Note: Gift cards take 15 business days to be processed and sent out. All other gifts take 4 weeks.
