Some Android Scan n Go app users are experiencing issues with accessing the Gift shop tab through the Chrome browser.
Sadly, this Chrome browser issue only impacts some Android users.
If you are getting either error messages:
Some recommendations for troubleshooting the issue:
- Upgrade to the latest Chrome App - to ensure that you have the latest version of the Chrome browser.
- Clear Chrome's Cache and Cookies
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Chrome Browser App
Alternatively, please try the other options:
- Different browsers on your Android phone/ device
- Browser on your Computer, laptop, tablet or iPad
