Updated Store Names for Woolworths/Safeway and Coles/BI-LO on SCAN n GO App

We have updated the store names on the Scan n Go app for the following:

Woolworth/ Safeway to Woolworths

Coles/ BI-LO to Coles

*Note: The store "Safeway" will still be on your store list

1. Will this affect the stores I have saved on my "favourite" list?
   
   

   Yes, the two store names we have updated, Coles and Woolworths, may be removed from your list. However, all other stores on your favourite list will remain unchanged.

   
   
   
2. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the Scan n GO app to see the updated name for Coles and Woolworth?
   
   No, you will see the updated names when you go to scan your next shopping.
   
   
3. If I need to uninstall and reinstall the Scan n GO app, will I need to add my favourites again? 
   
   Yes,  once you have uninstalled and reinstalled, you will need to add your favourites again. It is not necessary to reinstall the app to see the updated name change 
   
   
4. How do I add store to my "favourite" list? 
   
   

   Step 1: Begin your shopping experience by clicking Scan New Purchases.

   Step 2: Click the star next to all of your favourite stores; you can select as many as you want, and they will be highlighted once you do.

   Click on Favourites to see a list of all your favourite stores.
