Christmas Redemption Deadlines
We're getting close to the busiest time of year for reward redemptions leading up to Christmas.
To minimise disappointment, we encourage that you submit your orders as soon as possible.
Please check below for our recommended cut-off dates to have the best change for delivery before Christmas:

Going on a Holiday?
On the IRI Shopper Panel website, enter your holiday dates.
1. Go to www.iriworldwide.com.au/shopperpanel and login. 2. Log in to the website using your username and password. 3. In the top banner, click the Blue Arrow three times until you reach "going away on holiday," then click "click here." 4. In the pop-up window, enter your trip dates. 5. Enter your holiday's start and end dates and click "submit."
Please keep in mind that you may only add 28 days for holidays. If you're going to be away for more than 28 days, please email or phone us at 1800 456 997 (9AM to 5PM Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before you go.
When you return from your holiday, scan within 48 hours to update your account and receive points.
* While on holiday, you are only eligible for your 300 weekly points. During your holiday time, you will not be able to earn any scanning bonus points, such as the Super Scanner Bonus, Power Starter Bonus, Power Scanner Bonus, or any other scanning promotional bonus points.

Your e-gift voucher is redeemable at a range of stores. The most recent list of merchants may be found here: Gift Payment

October Super Scanner is Here!
This Super Scanner period began on September 12th and will conclude on October 9th. Make a note of this and future Super Scanner weeks in your calendar so you don't miss out!
You will receive 500 Super Scanner points in addition to your 300x4 weekly points if you scan all four weeks of the relevant Super Scanner period. That's 1700 points for 4 weeks of scanning!

Meet Ann P, Our September Spotlight Member!
Q: What made you join IRI Shopper Panel? Ann P: I'm not sure. I guess it was because we had a family and were always looking for ways to compliment our income...or outgoings! I'm not sure how I found IRI Shopper Panel in the first place, but I'm jolly glad I did.
Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel? Ann P: I enjoy scanning all of the shopping. Before the phone app, I would frequently discover that I had paid too much, but more often than not, the shop had missed out by not getting everything on the docket or had not charged me enough. I always called the store to inform them, and they were surprised (that anyone would tell them). The typical response was, "Thank you for being honest, and don't worry about it!"
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks you can share with us about scanning or other aspects of panel membership that could help other members? Ann P: In general, I unpack everything (one store at a time) and make sure the bar codes are visible. After I've double-checked my list, I scan everything with the bar codes and then do the vegetables, etc. It is quick and simple.
That is something I do with each store where I have purchased items.
Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop?
Ann P: That's simple. I just used a lot of points to get three Bunnings gift cards. Bunnings is the obvious choice because we are about to paint our bedroom and I want to get some plants. To top it off, the Bunnings cards arrived on my birthday. It was a lovely and unexpected birthday gift.

Through the website: 1. Login your account. Have you forgotten your login information? On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password?" option to restore your password. 2. At the top of the website, click "My Profile". 3. Edit your information. 4. To finish, click "Save details."

We may need to replace your handheld scanner, or we may change your account to employ our convenient Scan n Go app.

TRIGGER SURVEYS
After scanning a certain product barcode, you may receive a notice under the surveys icon on your Scan n Go app. The survey may request that you photograph a product or give extra information for the barcode you scanned with your most recent transaction.
*When you scan the Lucky or Mystery item, the survey will show 3 - 5 seconds after transmission.
We don't have any information on this product in our database, so you don't have to complete the survey if you can't find it or don't have the barcode details.

Fill in your friend's email address inthis form, and we'll send them an invitation to join the IRI Shopper Panel. We'll award you 1000 points after your friend joins and sends us scans for four weeks.
