Scanning Fruits and Vegetables?
To scan fruits and vegetables:
1. Select "Scan New Purchases." 2. Determine where you will buy your fruits and vegetables. 3. When prompted to "Scan Barcode," select "This item does not have a barcode." 4. A list of items without barcodes will appear. 5. Choose the product from the list. Choose fruits or vegetables. As an example, we choose Fruits. A fruits list will appear. 6. Enter the cost of an apple. Then, if there is nothing else to scan, select "I'm finished scanning," otherwise, click "Scan Another Item." 7. You will be directed to the "Item Cart" page. To proceed to the next page, click "Continue." 8. On the Checkout page. Enter the total amount paid. Then click the "Submit this Shopping Trip" button. 9. You will see a pop-up box. Select "OK." It will redirect you to the homepage.

What is the Gift Card wait time?
Please allow 15 business working days for Gift Cards and 4 weeks for all other gift orders to be delivered. Due to stock levels, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer at times.
Please keep in mind that Flexi eGift Cards and other E-Vouchers are not instant and will only be delivered on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please allow up to 5 business days for your email to be delivered (remember to check your junk or spam email folders for this email as well, as it may have ended up there).

September Super Scanner is Here!
This Super Scanner period began on August 15th and will conclude on September 11th. Make a note of this and future Super Scanner weeks in your calendar so you don't miss out!
You will receive 500 Super Scanner points in addition to your 300x4 weekly points if you scan all four weeks of the relevant Super Scanner period. That's 1700 points for 4 weeks of scanning!

Meet Dannii A, Our August Spotlight Member!
Q: What made you join IRI Shopper Panel? Dannii A: When I saw all of the positive posts about the IRI shopper panel on Facebook, I knew I had to join.
Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel? Dannii A: It's so simple and quick to scan my groceries, and I can do it all with my phone.
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks you can share with us about scanning or other aspects of panel membership that could help other members? Dannii A: If a specific store isn't listed on the panel, you can go to a speciality store and scan there.
Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop?
Dannii A: I received a $20 EB Games gift card for my partner.
Q: Any funny or weird story that you can share with us that you saw or witnessed while shopping.
Dannii A: I can't think of anything, but I have made people smile while shopping by singing and dancing as I pushed the trolley around the aisles. Also, I am a short person who has made many people laugh by having products hit me in the head.

GETTING A REPLACEMENT BARCODE BOOKLET:
If you've misplaced your barcode booklet. By clicking on the attachment, you can print a copy of the barcode booklet.

I AM GOING ON HOLIDAY AND DON'T WANT TO LOSE POINTS:
Enter your holiday dates on the IRI Shopper Panel website. Please use the login information that was emailed to you after you registered for the panel. Have you forgotten your login information? On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link to recover your password. Find out how here: How do I change my password?
1. Register for the IRI Shopper Panel at www.iriworldwide.com.au/shopperpanel. 2. Enter your login and password to access the website. 3. You will see a page after logging in to the Shopper Panel Website, to proceed to the next slides, click on the blue arrow. 4. Click the blue arrow until you reach the final slide. Then click "Click here." 5. In the pop-up box, enter your vacation dates.
Enter the start and end dates. and "Submit" your holiday. Please keep in mind that you can only add 28 days for holidays. If you're going to be away for more than 28 days, please email or call us at 1800 456 997 (9AM to 5PM Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before you leave. When you get back from your holiday, scan within 48 hours to update your account and receive your points.
IMPORTANT: While on holiday, you are only eligible for your 300 weekly points. During your holiday period, you will not be able to earn any scanning bonus points, such as the Super Scanner Bonus, Power Starter Bonus, Power Scanner Bonus, or any other scanning promotional bonus points.

MY BARCODE ISN'T SCANNING?
The handheld scanner and the Scan n Go app will not recognise any unusual barcodes: * damaged barcodes * sale bar-codes (reduced price bar-codes) * some foreign bar-codes where the bar-code is too long or too short * some clothing/hardware barcodes * gleaming barcodes, as in frozen food. You must remove any water residue.
If you are unable to scan those items, please leave them out and continue scanning other items. If you're using the Scan n Go app, please make sure your device's camera is clean. Check that the top screen of the handheld scanner is clean. You must be in a well-lit area for your scanning device to pick up the barcodes.

Fill in your friend's email address in this form, and we'll send them an invitation to join the IRI Shopper Panel. We'll award you 1000 points after your friend joins and sends us scans for four weeks.
You can only refer friends and family who do not live in the same household as you. Before they can join IRI Shopper Panel, your friends must first qualify through our recruitment survey.
