What are Scan N Go Trigger Surveys?
After scanning a specific product barcode, you may receive an alert under the surveys icon in your Scan n Go app. The survey may request that you photograph a product or provide additional information for the barcode you scanned with your most recent purchase.
*When you scan the Lucky or Mystery item, the survey will appear 3 - 5 seconds after transmission.
When you tap on the survey, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to complete a task or answer a few questions.

Reset your Handheld Scanner
1. Turn on the scanner by pressing the red "power on" button in the bottom right corner; you should see a welcome to Aztec message before the main menu appears. Press the down arrow key above the number "2" until you reach "Office Use." Although it is not visible on the current screen, it is the last option after "Practice." Press either blue key once "Office Use" is highlighted.
2. The screen should now say "Call for Assistance." Press the left blue key, the number 0, and the right blue key in that order. "Check Cables..." should now appear on the screen. Please insert the scanner into the cradle at this point, and it will make a free 1800 call – it will display "Initializing..." and will continue to connect for a few minutes until it completes successfully. If there are any issues with the system, it will display "comms failed."

How to Activate a Visa Card?
1. Go to this page. 2. On the left side of the screen, click "Activate card," enter your card information, and then click "Activate." 3. Enter your 16-digit card number and expiration date. 4. Enter the last four digits of your phone number; if this does not work, enter 0000. 5. Enter the pin number you want to use; this is confidential information that can only be created by you. 6. You should see a message on the website that says "Your card has been successfully activated."

Q: What made you join IRI Shopper Panel? Helen P: I joined the IRI shopper panel after reading a good write up from someone who had participated for a long time. I thought that by joining IRI, I might be able to contribute in some small way to help pricing guides for others.
Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel? Helen P: The scan and go app is extremely simple to use and has only gotten better over time. I enjoy the gifts that can be redeemed, and I look forwards to using my points each time.
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks you can share with us about scanning or other aspects of panel membership that could help other members? Helen P: Tips and tricks would be to scan as soon as you get home with groceries and put things away, it makes things so much easier.
Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop? Helen P: My most recent redemption was a $10 gift card, which I gave to someone as a thank you gift.
Q: Q5. Any funny or weird story that you can share with us that you saw or witnessed while shopping? Helen P: I saw one woman scanning her items as she shopped rather than at the end until she realised she had forgotten which product she was on and had to start over, believe me she was doing a large shop.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE:
Your points will be awarded weekly (not immediately after you send us your scan) and will be updated in your account every Sunday.
You can view your points balance using our Shopper Panel website, the Scan N GO app, or your scanner. Please keep in mind that your Scanner and Scan n GO point balances may differ from your actual balance. The Shopper Panel website provides the best and most accurate point balance for your account.
The best way to check your point balance and summary is to log in to the www.iriworldwide.com.au/shopperpanel home page. Your point balance will be displayed under the "Scan History" tab.
Scan n GO: You can check your point balance using the Scan n GO app. It will be visible in "My Account"
Scanner: Under "View Messages," your scanner displays the number of points you have. Turn on your scanner so that the main menu appears. Scroll down to "View Messages" and enter using either the right or left blue key. A "MESSAGES" screen will appear, displaying how many reward points you currently have. Simply press the "BS" key to return to the main menu.

HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD:
Have you forgotten your password to access our website or the Scan n GO app? No need to worry; simply follow these procedures to reset it:
1. Navigate to https://portal.iriworldwide.com.au/Shopperpanel/Login.aspx and click the "forgot password" option beneath the password field. 2. Enter your IRI Shopper Panel account email address (your username) and click submit. 3. If the email address you entered matches what we have in the system, you will receive the following message, and your new password will be emailed to you. 4. If the email does not arrive in your inbox. Please check your junk mail inbox as it may have been delivered there. If you are unable to locate the email.

THE APP IS ASKING ME TO TRANSMIT LATER:
The app may occasionally notify you that it was unable to transmit your scanned data. This could be due to poor Internet connectivity.
Please keep in mind that the scanned data will be stored in the app until the next successful transmission. If you choose 'Transmit Later,' any trips that have not yet been successfully transmitted will be sent when you send your next trip.
If you delete the app before your next successful transmission, the transmitted data will be deleted.
Here are a few ideas to get you started: - Check that your internet connection is strong. - Make sure to check the transmit status on the Scan n Go app's info page to ensure the transmit is up to date.
