1. Login to your account. 2. At the top of the page, click "Profile." 3. Revise your information. 4. To finish, click "Save details."

Ordering a Prepaid Visa card?
Log in to the Shopper Panel website with your username and password.
1. Go to the "Gift Shop." 2. Navigate to the Prepaid Visa card section. 3. Choose the Prepaid Visa card that you want to redeem.
4. You will need to fill in the details of the Cardholder name and mobile number 5. When you select "Cardholder Date of Birth," a box will appear.
6. After you have completed the fields. Click "Add to Cart." 7. Next, click "Checkout" to proceed to the next page. 8. You will be directed to the "Address" page. Please double-check the information. 9. When all details are correct, select "Confirm the selected address/continue." The "Confirm" Page will appear. 10. Click the "Confirm" button. 11. You will see a "Complete" page with your redemption number. Choose "Continue."
Please keep in mind that a copy of your confirmation order will be sent to your email address.
It will return you to the Gift shop page.

How do I scan an online purchase?
To save your online purchase using the Scan n Go app:
1. Choose the shop where you made your purchase. 3. Scan the barcodes of the products you received. 4. Enter the product cost + delivery total for total spend.
Include delivery in your total cost. Include any additional costs for online purchases, such as handling or gift wrapping, in your total.

August Super Scanner is Here!
This Super Scanner period began on July 18th and will conclude on August 14th. Make a note of this and future Super Scanner weeks in your calendar so you don't miss out!
You will receive 500 Super Scanner points in addition to your 300x4 weekly points if you scan all four weeks of the relevant Super Scanner period. That's 1700 points for 4 weeks of scanning!

Q: What made you join IRI Shopper Panel? Camilla P: I joined shortly after I moved out of my parents' house 20 years ago because the rewards were fantastic and helped me get things for my house.
Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel? Camilla P: I like how everything is now done through a mobile app and how simple it is to claim the rewards.
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks you can share with us about scanning or other aspects of panel membership that could help other members? Camilla P: I scan as I put things in my trolley at the store so that it's all done by the time I finish shopping.
Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop?
Camilla P: Bunnings Vouchers!!
Q: Any funny or weird story that you can share with us that you saw or witnessed while shopping.
Camilla P: The number of people who assume I'm scanning groceries to confirm calorie content when I'm actually doing it for a shopper panel. I'm not sure why everyone doesn't do this. I've been scanning for almost 20 years and I absolutely love it!!

HOW DO I CHECK MY VISA CARD BALANCE?
Check your Visa card balance, as well as any transactions and fees.
1. Navigate to the Visa card website using the following link: https://ichoosegift.mycardplace.com 2. Go to the section titled "Sign in to your card account." Enter your Visa card number and expiration date (mm/yy) 3. Click the "I am not a robot" button to get a green tick. Please see the images below. 4. Click the "Login" button. 5. You will see this page after logging in. This page displays the card's balance as well as any transactions and fees incurred.

WHICH BARCODE DO I SCAN?
You must only scan the barcodes of the items you have purchased. Scanning barcodes on receipts does not provide us with accurate information about your purchases. There's also a chance that the scanner won't recognise the barcode on the receipt or won't register the scan, causing you to miss out on your weekly points.
You should use the scanner in the same way that you would a self-service checkout machine at your local supermarket.

Refer a Friend. Earn 1000 Points
Fill in your friend's email address in this form, and we'll send them an invitation to join the IRI Shopper Panel. We'll award you 1000 points after your friend joins and sends us scans for four weeks.
You can only refer friends and family who do not live in the same household as you. Before they can join IRI Shopper Panel, your friends must first qualify through our recruitment survey.
