How to use a Visa Card?
1. You need to activate the Visa card first before using.

2. Insert or swipe your card through the merchant terminal
3. Press "Credit"
4. Enter your PIN as prompted.

Scanning Petrol!
We've modified our app so that our members can access the petrol station without purchasing a barcoded item.
You can also enter online purchases and remove products without scanning the barcode.
1. Select "New Purchases." 2. Choose the retailer you bought from. If you can't find your petrol station. You have the option of selecting "OTHER CONVENIENCE STORES." 3. The "Scan Barcode" screen will appear. Choose "This item does not have a barcode." 4. Look for "Petrol" on the list. Choose Petrol. 5. Enter the price of petrol. Then select "I'm Done Scanning." 6. You will be taken to the Item cart page. To proceed to the next page, click "Continue." 7. Enter the total amount spent and click "Submit this Shopping Trip." 8. In the pop up box, click "OK."

Change Shipping Details
All gifts are available for viewing and redemption on our shopper panel website.
You must first visit the shopper panel website and sign in before proceeding to the gift shop to choose your gift. Once you've navigated to your cart and clicked the "check out" button, you'll need to enter your address using the "add new shipping address" button. You will be given a summary of your information and asked to confirm that it is correct.
If you are unable to modify details. attempt using a different browser or device.

When you scan all four weeks of the designated Super Scanner period, you will earn 500 Super Scanner points on top of your 300x4 weekly points. For 4 weeks of scanning, that's 1700 points!

Meet Sara C, Our April Spotlight Member!
Q: What made you join IRI Shopper Panel? Sara C: I was a member of a survey site that recommended I join IRI Shopper Panel. I can't tell you how many years ago it was. It moved with me to three different states. Scanning after a shopping trip has become second nature to me.
Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel? Sara C: I like how simple it is now to scan using the app. It is a significant improvement over the handheld scanner.
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks you can share with us about scanning or other aspects of panel membership that could help other members? Sara C: If you make sure you purchase your loose fruit and vegetables at the store checkout all in one go, it makes it easier to input the prices to your device when you get home.
Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop? Sara C: I redeemed a gift card many years ago. But, ever since, I've been saving my points for a big-ticket item, such as an Apple product!
Q: Q5. Any funny or weird story that you can share with us that you saw or witnessed while shopping? Sara C: I live in a small town, so it’s very difficult to go to the store without seeing someone you know. But one particular day I met and had a conversation with a different town member in almost every aisle, and then I was at the same checkout as another acquaintance! Needless to say, finishing the shopping that day took a very long time.

HOW TO BRIGHTEN THE SCREEN ON HANDHELD DEVICE:
You may adjust the brightness of the screen by holding down the function key (found on the bottom left hand side, 'FN') and using the arrow keys.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD:
Have you forgotten your password to access our website or the Scan n GO app? No need to worry; simply follow these procedures to reset it:
1. Navigate to https://portal.iriworldwide.com.au/Shopperpanel/Login.aspx and click the "forgot password" option beneath the password field. 2. Enter your IRI Shopper Panel account email address (your username) and click submit. 3. If the email address you entered matches what we have in the system, you will receive the following message, and your new password will be emailed to you. 4. If the email does not arrive in your inbox. Please check your junk mail inbox as it may have been delivered there. If you are unable to locate the email.

Using the Website: 1. Access your account. Have you forgotten your login information? On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password?" option to restore your password. Find out how here: How can I change my password? 2. At the top of the page, click "Profile": 3. Revise your details 4. To finish, click "Save details."

We may need to replace your handheld scanner, or we can switch your account to use our convenient Scan n Go app. We will send you your login information after we have arranged for the return of your scanner.

Fill in your friend's email address in this form, and we'll send them an invitation to join the IRI Shopper Panel. We'll award you 1000 points after your friend joins and sends us scans for four weeks.
You can only refer friends and family who do not live in the same household as you. Before they can join IRI Shopper Panel, your friends must first qualify through our recruitment survey.
