Checking if your scans come through.
Once finished scanning and transmitted your shopping the last transmission date will appear on Scan n Go home screen. For handheld scanners the last transmission date is registered under messages. You can also check you last transmission date via our website under "Scan History".
Scan n Go app - "Transmit Scan Later" error.
Occasionally, the app might display a message saying it has not been able to transmit your scanned data. This may result from poor Internet connectivity.
The scanned data will remain in the app until the next successful transmission. If you select 'Transmit Later', any trips that have not been successfully transmitted yet will be transmitted when you transmit your next trip.
