Scanner backlight too dim?
You are able to adjust the brightness of the screen by holding down the function key (located on the bottom left hand side ‘FN’) and using the arrow keys to adjust the brightness. If this does not work, please contact us as we may need to replace the battery..
Scanner not turning on?
Check the MR light on your scanner. If it's on, you require a new battery, if not you require a new power cord. Please contact us on 1800 456 997 option 2 or email Panelhelp@iriworldwide.com.au to arrange one to be send out to you free of charge
Ending session after you finished scanning using the scanner.
Once finished scanning, you must either 9999 or scan "end session" barcode on barcode booklet When scanning items purchased, make sure to scan in the barcode on items packaging, not receipt dockets.

Please scan all the items you purchase from grocery stores, bottle shops, pharmacy, convenience stores and online retailers. See the full list of shop types where we collect data here.
Please note, we do not collect data for items like clothing, appliances, services (e.g. haircuts, automotive, or home maintenance), cars and car parts, jewelry, construction materials, bills, travel, and furniture.
Scan n GO app - "Transmit Scan Later" error.
Occasionally, the app might display a message saying it has not been able to transmit your scanned data. This may result from poor Internet connectivity.
The scanned data will remain in the app until the next successful transmission. If you select 'Transmit Later', any trips that have not been successfully transmitted yet will be transmitted when you transmit your next trip.
