What's new in the latest Scan n Go update

This is our biggest update yet! We are completely revamping the look and feel of the app and adding some requested features like quantity.

What's in the new update:

• Improved login allowing you to reset your login password easily and in real-time via “forgot password” link.
• Updated interface, easy to use and intuitive, allowing quick access to scanning screens, surveys, messages, and help centre. 
• Updated store list selection featuring one master list - just search for the name of the store where you recently shopped. 
• Improved barcode scanner, allowing to scan 2D barcodes & QR codes! 
• Quantity feature - enter quantity for multiple purchases after a barcode is scanned or edit when viewing the item cart.
• Compatibility improvements for Android and iOS operating  systems

Reset Password from Login Screen

You can now reset your password straight from the login screen by tapping "Forgot Password?" link. Please note, new members may need to wait up to 72 hours to reset their passwords.

 

New Look and Feel

The updated Scan n Go interface is easy to use and intuitive. You can quickly access scanning screen, surveys, messages, and help centre.

 

Updated Store List Selection

All stores are now displayed in one list. No more guessing which category your favourite shop falls under! Simply search the name of the store where you shopped and mark it as favourite for quick access for next time. The new shop listings includes both online and retail shops, please make sure to record your online purchases, including click and collect, under online version of the shop. 

 

Enter Quantity for Multiples of the same Product

An ability to enter quantity was our most user requested feature. We listened and added this option for Scan n Go users. With this update you will be able to enter quantity for multiples of the same barcode. Simply change the number of items after you scan each barcode or in checkout summary screen before transmitting. 

 

Improved Barcode Scanner

You will be able to scan 2D barcodes and QR codes on fresh meat and markdown items purchased at Woolworths and other shops.
