Shopping at Woolies? You might have seen QR codes have been added on quick sale and some fresh items like butchery. Scan n GO does not pick up QR codes, you may try to scan the original barcode on quick sale items, or type in the barcode number located below QR code on fresh items.

Meet Ron and Karla - Our June Spotlight Members!
Q: What made you join IRI Shopper Panel? Ron: My wife was diagnosed as being in the early stages of Alzheimers in 2010 and one of our friends told us about the Shopper Panel and I thought it might be good for her to keep her mind active. It didn't last too long, so I have been doing it since. Karla: I joined because of how my kids love to play "checkout" while scanning the shopping items, and the great gifts! Plus, it is a fantastic idea!!
Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel? Ron: It is good for keeping track of prices, like how much they are changing since the virus took over. Karla: One reason is because of the wonderful, helpful staff they have if I ever have any issues. Plus, how it makes shopping enjoyable!
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks you can share with us about scanning or other aspects of panel membership that could help other members? Ron: Make sure you sign the scanner off after each use and that it is replaced securely in it's holder. Karla: I'm not really sure, but I guess just never forget to scan! One thing that is helpful and great is, getting the kids/family involved, because the kids LOVE scanning the shopping when they get home. Also, I have a 'GIFT GOAL' that I aim for, and scan all the time to aim for that! It helps heaps to remember. I always remember that the IRI Team are always there to help, and they are always knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.
Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop? Ron: A camera
Karla: The last gift that I redeemed points for, was a $100 VISA Gift card!
Q: Any funny or weird story that you can share with us that you saw or witnessed while shopping? Ron: I haven't any funny or weird stories, but I have witnessed a lot of shoplifting. Karla: There are quite a few, but one would have to be when my partner had his hands full with shopping at the check out and I witnessed my kids pull his pants down while looking for change in his pockets so they could get chocolate!! It has happened more than once, and to my relief, it must be a common thing, because I have seen it happen to other Dads too!

This may result from poor Internet connectivity. Please be aware that the scanned data will remain in the app until the next successful transmission. If you select 'Transmit Later' any trips that have not successfully been transmitted yet will be transmitted when you transmit your next trip.
