Android Scan n GO user may experience trouble scanning when pop up messages appear on top of the navigation menu inside the app. The messages may block the menu icons and prevent navigating to next screen during the scanning process.
The in app pop up messages will automatically clear after 2 seconds
If the same message remains after 2 seconds, tap and swipe the message up.
NOTE: Multiple message may appear if you haven’t opened the app for a long period of time.
