You may receive an alert under surveys icon inside your Scan n Go app after you scan a particular product barcode. The survey may ask you to take a photo of a product or provide some additional details for the barcode you scanned with you last purchase.
*Survey will appear 3 - 5 seconds after transmission when you scan the Lucky, or Mystery item
We don’t have information about this product in our database so if you can’t find the product or don’t have the barcode details you don’t have to complete the survey.
The surveys will appear like this inside your app:
Once you tap on the survey you will be taken to the survey page where you will be asked to complete a task, or answer a couple questions.
For example a "Lucky Item" survey will have the following instructions,
and will appear like this on your phone:
To successfully complete the "Lucky Item" survey, make sure to:
1. Find the product you scanned that matches the barcode in the instructions
2. Take the photo the barcode and select to add the image, as prompted. Please note your phone my ask access to your photos for this step do be completed.
3. Take a photo of the front of the product label, and select to add the image as prompted. Make sure to include the product's brand and description.
4. Add what you paid for that product, as prompted

You may get survey that do not ask you to take picture of the product and instead ask you other specific questions to that product. To complete those survey answer the prompted questions and tap "next: and then "submit".
