We are aware of the issue where the “promotion screen” pops up whilst transmitting a scan. This is a known issue and we are working with the technical team to resolve the issue.
For now please follow the steps below as a workaround to advance to the next screen.
- If you have a Samsung S10 and running on operating system 10 and encounter the below “promotion screen”:
2. Look for the > next button on the top right hand corner of the screen and click on the > next button to advance to the next screen. Please note, do not hit any other buttons if you see this page.
Once you hit the next button you can advance to the next screen and complete your transmission.
Tip: Please ensure that you have updated your phone’s operating system (OS) to the latest version and always ensure that you are using the latest version of Scan n Go - version 3.5.4
