Scan n Go app users who are experiencing app crashing or not loading when trying to hit 'New purchases' without WiFi or mobile data.
Usually, you will be able to transmit your scans later when you connect to data.
We are aware of this issue and working on resolving it.
You must have mobile data or WiFi on to scans and transmit for now until notice. We will update this post when we progress to the next stage.
