In order to assist our members with handheld scanners better, we are suspending the "Request a Call" feature from all hand held scanner devices. The decision was made after careful consideration of significant delays between when the call request was placed and when we received it on our end. The suspension affects Sim scanners.
Starting 1 April, 2019 all "Call Requests" placed via Sim scanner kits will no longer be monitored or actioned by our customer support team. Members who would like to speak to one of our customer support representatives, will need to call 1 800 456 997 Monday to Friday excluding holidays from 9AM to 5PM, or email us at panelhelp@iriworldwide.com.au and request a call back between aforementioned hours.
