Each week we award 300 points for scanning at least one shop. We award your weekly points every Saturday and you will see them in your account by Sunday.
For example: If you first scanned on Tuesday, your points will be in your account next Sunday
The most up to date point balance is available on our website as sometimes there are delays with point balance updates on the Scan n GO app. If your points balance has not changed on Sunday please let us know

There are several ways to earn bonus points in addition to your weekly scanning points.
- After a couple of months of being on the Shopper Panel, you will then be eligible for our Super Scanner bonus points for scanning consecutively for 4 weeks in a row. When eligible (you will get an email about your eligibility), after you scan for 4 weeks in a row you will be awarded an additional 500 points by becoming a Super Scanner.
- On your and each of your household member's birthday/s, you will receive 200 points.
- Each year you are on the panel, you will earn 200 points.
- On an irregular basis, we may invite you to complete a survey which will award you between 250 - 500 points. The survey points can take up to 2 weeks after the closing date to be added to your account.
- If you scan regularly and entered our main Newsletter competition (front page of the Newsletter), you will be entered in a draw to win 500 points.
- If you refer a friend who joins our panel, we will reward you 1000 points (terms and conditions apply). How do I refer a friend?
- You can also participate in our monthly competitions such as Mystery Product of the month or Random Draw. You can learn more about our competitions here.
- We run occasional promotions where you can earn bonus points for scanning regularly for several weeks.
