Update, February 13, 2019: This issue has been resolved.
The Android version of Scan n GO is currently experiencing an error message that pops on different screens of the app. The error message DOES NOT impact functionality of the app and if you tap "OK" as you try to transmit, your data will be sent to us.
When you see the message, please ignore it by tapping "OK". All data will still be sent to us despite the error.
We are working on fixing the issue and will keep you updated when the issue is resolved.
