If your Scan n Go app suddenly either stopped working mid scan, logged you out, or stuck in "Checking for update" for a long period of time, it's likely your wifi/reception is at fault.
Please check:
1. Your phone is compatible with the Scan n Go app
- Apple
–Device with a camera
–Running on iOS 13.5 or above

–Running on version 9.0 or above

2. You are in an area with a good wi-fi/reception
3. If you are using mobile data, you have not used up your data. If so, you will need to switch over to wifi
4. If you are using WiFi, please ensure that your wifi is strong. Alternatively, you can switch to mobile data.
If you forgot your login details, you can recover them via our website. If you changed your password via our website, use the new password to login into the Scan n GO app.
