If your Scan n Go app suddely either stopped working mid scan, logged you out, or stuck in "Checking for update" for a long period of time, it's likely your wifi/4G reception is at fault.
Please check:
- you are in an area with a good wi-fi/4G reception
- If you are using mobile data, you have not used up your data. If so, you will need to switch over to wifi
- If you are using WiFi, please ensure that your wifi is strong. Alternatively, you can switch to mobile data.
If the Scan n Go app logged you out, please try login back or, if you hange dyour password wait 24 hours before trying again. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall Scan n Go to see of it fixes the issues.
