We are currently experiencing technical issues with Scan n Go specific to Android Verison 4.4.x
If you are using the Android version of Scan n Go 4.4.x you may experience the below issues:
- unable to log into Scan n Go
- error messages
- Scan n Go keeps crashing
- failure to load Scan n Go
How do I check the version of Android OS on my phone?
We are working with our IT team to resolve the issue. We will keep you updated. In the meanwhile, if you have another compatible device in your household, please install Scan n Go and start scanning your purchases.
