Your points are awarded weekly (not right after you send us your scan) and will update appear in your account every Sunday
You can check your points balance either via our Shopper Panel website, Scan N GO app, or your scanner. Please note: Scanner and Scan n GO point balances might not match your actual balance. The best and most accurate point balance for you account is available via Shopper Panel website.
Shopper Panel Website: The best way to check your point balance and summary is by login into www.iriworldwide.com.au/shopperpanel home page. Your point balance will appear under "Scan History" tab, just like this:
Scan n GO: You can also check you point balance via Scan n GO app. It will appear under My account:
Scanner: Your scanner also displays the number of points you have under “View Messages”. Switch on your scanner so that it shows the main menu. Scroll down to “View Messages” and press either the right or left blue key to enter. A “MESSAGES” screen will be displayed and this will contain how many reward points you currently have. To return to the main menu, simply press the “BS” key.
