Your points are awarded weekly (not right after you send us your scan) and the update will appear on your account every Sunday
You can check your points balance either via our Shopper Panel website, Scan N GO app, or your scanner. Please note: Scanner and Scan n GO point balances might not match your actual balance. The best and most accurate point balance for your account is available via Shopper Panel website.
Shopper Panel Website: The best way to check your point balance and summary is by login into www.iriworldwide.com.au/shopperpanel home page. Your point balance will appear under "Scan History" tab, just like this:
Scan n GO: You can also check you point balance via Scan n GO app. It will appear under My account:
Scanner: Your scanner also displays the number of points you have under “View Messages”. Switch on your scanner so that it shows the main menu. Scroll down to “View Messages” and press either the right or left blue key to enter. A “MESSAGES” screen will be displayed and this will contain how many reward points you currently have. To return to the main menu, simply press the “BS” key.
When I scan down all 10 of my messages on my scanner, they are all blank. They have always been blank ever since I received my scanner. I have never once had a message, so I don’t know how I am meant to ever know what points I have as I do not have a mobile phone. I will write/chat with the help desk, or phone iri themselves, as this is the only way I am ever going to know what points I have so far earned. It is a shame that we can not just bring up our points total by an easier means when we sign in.
I totally understand your frustration , I can see we have swapped your scanner , your messages should have started to appear on your scanner , points are updated weekly. you can also view your points ,order gifts, complete surveys to earn extra points on our website.
