- If you are a Scanner User, you can check your last date of IRI receiving your data on your scanner under "View Messages"
Notes: Your scanning data will always saved on your scanner. Please contact us on 1800 456 997 option 2 or email panelhelp@iriworldwide.com.au if the date is not updated.
- If you are a Scan n Go app User, you can check your last transmission date on the homepage. Refer to the picture below)
- Otherwise, You can login to Shopper Panel website http://www.iriworldwide.com.au/shopperpanel
- Click on the "Scan History' Tab
- Please note: Scanning history may not reflect transactions that have not yet been processed
- Click on the "Scan History' Tab
When you click on the "Scan History" tab, your screen will look like this:
