I have noticed The Red MR light is no longer lit up on the cradle, What do I do?

This could mean one of 3 things, the power point is not turning on or power cord is not plug in correctly. 

Or you may require a New power Cord, please try the above 2 options first, if they do not work then contact us  for a replacement power supply cord  that will be posted out to you at No Charge .
